What are Okinawan Minerals

Okinawa minerals come from a special species of Sango coral. It is the only coral species, of the 2500 species in the world, whose composition is almost identical to that of human bone. In addition, this coral is protected, so only excess petrified coral may be extracted for production.

Okinawa minerals is a white, tasteless and odorless powder. As soon as it comes into contact with moisture, it becomes ionic. The loose electrically charged particles ensure the exceptionally high absorption and fast action. Okinawan minerals have a proven bioavailability of 80% within 20 minutes. Mineral supplements in tablet or capsule, on the other hand, only have an absorption of 4 to 22%.

Okinawan minerals consist of calcium and magnesium in the ideal ratio of 2:1. This is the ratio that the body needs, provided we eat a balanced diet and are not under too much stress. In addition, it contains 76 trace elements.

Where do Okinawan minerals come from?

As the name suggests, Okinawan minerals come from the sea near Okinawa (Japan). When the organic parts of coral die, only the inorganic parts remain: minerals. We call this fossilized or petrified.

The decline of minerals in the diet

The lack of minerals and trace elements in the farmland was already noted and reported by the US Senate in 1936. Okinawa minerals immediately replenish your electrolytes during exercise and dehydration. In addition to daily supplements, also your ideal sports or hiking buddy, in the sauna or after a night out to recover quickly. After all, alcohol and warm rooms dry out.
